We take your privacy seriously. This site collects as little as possible, and nothing you send is sold, shared for advertising, or used for anything but replying to you.

What we collect
rtpds.net is a static website. Browsing it does not require an account, and we do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
When you use the contact form, we receive:
- your name, email address, and optional company name;
- the topic you choose and your message; and
- technical details needed to deliver and protect the form: your IP address, the page you sent it from, and the time.
How we use it
Your message is delivered by email to RTP Data Solutions and used only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. The web server does not store the content of your message. To limit abuse, the form keeps a salted, one-way hash of your IP address with the times of your recent messages, outside the public website; entries older than an hour are ignored and deleted the next time the form is used.
Like most web hosts, our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and troubleshooting.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and deliver email, or when required by law.
Your rights
RTP Data Solutions follows GDPR and CCPA principles. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us — just use the contact form and tell us what you need. We keep correspondence only as long as it’s useful for the conversation or required for business records.
Security
We protect your information against unauthorized access or misuse with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including input validation, rate limiting, and restricted server access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send passwords or other secrets through the form.

This site links to other websites we don’t control, including the platforms in our portfolio. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
